
Pork Loin & Air-Fried Sweet Potatoes
A simple, flavorful smaller-portion meal featuring pork loin and air-fried sweet potatoes seasoned with Smokin' Ray's Original All Purpose Seasoning.
Ingredients
- • 1 pork loin or pork loin chops
- • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- • 1 tablespoon olive oil
- • Smokin' Ray's Original All Purpose Seasoning
- • Optional: butter or light cooking spray
Instructions
- Peel and dice sweet potatoes into roughly 1-inch cubes.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil and Smokin' Ray's Original All Purpose Seasoning.
- Air fry sweet potatoes at 400°F for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Season pork loin or pork loin chops generously with Smokin' Ray's Original All Purpose Seasoning.
- Cook pork on the stovetop, grill, or air fryer until browned and cooked through.
- Let pork rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving.
- Plate pork with sweet potatoes and serve.
